Use of the platform
MegaBrain CRM is provided to business customers for lead management, customer communication, and related sales workflow. Access is provisioned through controlled onboarding.
Acceptable messaging
You are responsible for having the right to contact the people you message and for complying with applicable law and carrier requirements.
Registration and approval
Messaging registration and approval are subject to provider, carrier, industry, and regulatory review. MegaBrain CRM does not guarantee approval, timelines, or throughput.
Billing
Platform license, registration charges, phone numbers, and messaging usage are billed as described on the pricing page. Wallet funds are prepaid and separate from initial platform billing.
SMS terms
If you opt in to receive SMS from MegaBrain CRM, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
